San Ramon City Center Plaza District Finding of Consistency
FCS prepared a Finding of Consistency to provide CEQA coverage for the project-level entitlements associated with the Plaza District. The San Ramon City Center project, a mixed use project of 2.1 million square feet, was originally approved by the San Ramon City Council in December 2007.

Project Highlight
Santa Clara Digital Sign and RelocationOutfront Media, a national outdoor advertising company, consulted with FCS to analyze the visibility of a proposed digital sign along Highway 101 in Santa Clara utilizing 3D modeling and animation. As the sign location is adjacent to a planned interchange redesign, Outfront needed to understand the potential impacts the planned interchange would have on the visibility of its proposed sign to northbound travelers of the highway.

Rachel has been really great to work with and has been leading the EIR process extremely well. She takes the lead when needed, but also works really well with all of our “cooks in the kitchen!”. I have been through CEQA before, but working with Rachel and FCS has been very helpful.

FCS was very knowledgeable and helpful guiding the District through the different steps that needed to be taken as well as informed the District on how to proceed with mitigating the impacts identified in the MND. Since that time, the District has engaged FCS for additional work products, and FCS has consistently demonstrated their expertise and their responsiveness in meeting the District's needs.
